Chicago Wound Care's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality bed side care on an as-needed or preventative basis.  We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members.

We are a full-service Wound Care Management practice of dedicated, experienced physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your patient for all of your wound care needs. Our physicians believe in providing comprehensive wound care services to our patients at their bedside. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. 

Each provider is certified in wound care management and comes to our practice with years of experience in their area of specialty. Our certified nurse practitioners always consult with the attending physician in order to provide informed, consistent care at all times.

We are currently providing consultation services to patients in over 60 nursing homes in the Chicago Land area. Some of the Nursing Homes are in the under served and poor socio-economic neighborhoods.
